Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the existing building of the hospital hostel, which will ensure the establishment of two surgeries of doctors instead of the existing 2 housing units and the establishment of a new apartment with a separate entrance on the 1st floor instead of the office. The project also includes modification of the input part of the building, Replacement of windows, facade insulation, pavement adjustment in front of the building for a new entrance to the building, modification of existing areas in terms of creating a parking area and related landscaping.
