- The subject of the performance of the VZ is the provision of the service - professional courses for members of the VHJ AČR with certification in the field of "Rescue and Firefighting" (RFF) in the sense of chapter 14 "TRAINING" of the ICAO manual Doc 9137-AN/898, Part 1, Airport Services Manual, Fourth Edition 2015, and according to the requirements for securing the RFF mentionedh in the relevant aviation regulations listed in Annex No. 1 of the framework agreement. All requirements of the contracting authority are listed in the procurement documentation and its annexes.
