- The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
The contract is, in accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, divided into the following 4 parts:
1) Part 1: Citizen's portal
2) Part 2: Official's portal
3) Part 3: Entitlement Automation and Identity Portal
4)Part 4: Delivery and iinfrastructure implementation
Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 are currently being awarded.
As part of this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the contract, or for two, three or all of these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the given partcontract, in accordance with the conditions of this procurement documentation.
The subject of the performance of this contract is the delivery of the performance expected within the subsidy project "Automation of the processes of the city of Zabřeh", Reg. No. CZ.06.01.01/00/22_008/0000512.
