- This is the construction of a three-story covered swimming hall with a 25-meter swimming pool with 6 lanes, a children's wading pool, a recreational pool with a wild river and water attractions, it also includes sauna facilities with cooling pools (steam bath, herbal sauna, bio sauna, ceremonial sauna ), welllness and exercise hall, separate changing rooms with hygienic facilities for visitors, massage room, offices, gastro operation, machine rooms, pool technology incl. storage tanks, air conditioning, heating, electricity, measurement and regulation, etc. and employee background.
As part of the construction, a parking lot with 40-those with vertical parking spaces. The subject of the contract is also a new substation.
Before the construction of the swimming hall, the existing building of changing rooms and dormitories of the summer swimming pool will be demolished.
