- The subject of the public order is the development and delivery of a software tool for controlling the integrated fluorescence module on the Helios Hydra V FIB/SEM microscope available at the contractor's workplace. The supplied software will enable intuitive control of the fluorescence microscope installed on the Helios Hydra V, dbut it will support the basic control of the electron and ion beam of the FIB/SEM microscope and will allow the intuitive translation of signals of different modalities.
