Description:
The subject of the public contract "Optimization of the Černošice line (including) - Dept. Berounka (outside)" is:
a) Creation of an architectural design (study), which will be processed to determine the new form of the road overpass in Radotin and the road gallery in Černošice. Agreed final version of the Construction Design(study) will be completed in the next stages of the documentation.
b) Preparation of Project documentation for a building permit (or for planning permission according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, effective from 1 January 2024), which specifies the subject Works to such an extent that it can be discussed in the construction departmentm procedure, obtain a valid building permit, including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during the construction of the building and the activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
c) Processing and submission of requestssti on the issuance of a building permit pursuant to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., Act on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act), as amended, or submission of an application for planning permission pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, effective from 1 January 2024, including all required documents, whichthe result will be the issuance of a building permit. The contractor will cooperate in the issuance of relevant decisions until they become legally binding (in the case of submission of an incomplete application, interruption due to missing or defectively processed documents, this is a defect of the Work).
