Description:
The subject of the public order for construction works is the construction of new apartment buildings in the central part of the city of Otrokovice. These are permanent buildings used for collective housing. The construction program includes the construction of three blocks with 14 residential units in each block. The predominant structure of housing units is osize 2 kk and additionally 1 kk and 3 kk. The proposed three blocks are identical in architectural and layout. They differ in the location and orientation of the construction site. The proposed buildings are non-basement, with two above-ground floors. The house includes accessories consisting of cellar cubicles, a cleaning roomsea and exchange station. The building is barrier-free on level 1.np. The building is connected to the distribution utility network via sewerage, water, LV, low-current ZlinNet distribution and hot water connections. Furthermore, rainwater drainage systems will be built with the collection and reuse of water as utility water. WITHthe construction also includes outdoor improvements consisting in the construction of a parking lot, sidewalks, paved areas and garden improvements).
