- The subject of the Competition is divided into a project and an idea part.
The subject of the project part of the Competition is the 1st stage of the plan, which is the new building of the Secondary School of Medicine and the Higher Vocational School of Medicine with the expansion of the teaching spaces of the Secondary Vocational School, including traffic management, outdoor pavingh, sports and unpaved areas and connection to technical infrastructure. The selected team of architect/general designer will then process all project phases of the investment plan.catering project.
The area addressed is located in the cadastral territory of Rochlice u Liberec and is defined in Appendix P02 of the Competition Conditions.
The estimated investment costs for the construction of the 1st stage (project part of the competition) are CZK 630,000,000 without VAT (based on the price level 3Q/2023).
