Description:
The subject of the public contract is mainly construction work and also supplies and services according to the project documentation and list of works ("work") in block "A" in the 1st PP and 5th NP, block "B" in the 1st PP to 5th NP and their connecting neck, and also in selected areas of the existing building of civic amenities on Karla StreetČapeka 1147/10, Jesenik. The execution of construction works, supplies and services consists in the removal of structures containing asbestos, in the modification of layouts, including in connection with the change of use of the existing ground floor spaces newly used as a garage, reconstruction of surfaces and reconstruction of technical equipment withmelting (medical technical installation, air conditioning, heating and cooling, measurement and regulation, high-current electrical installation, electronic communication), in the replacement of internal doors, in services connected with clearing and moving, and also in delivery, including the assembly of kitchen units, archive shelves, etc.of furniture in the existing civic amenities building at 1147/10 Karla Čapka Street, Jesenik according to the scheme of the scope of the work. The realization of the work will take place during operation in the building on individual floors. The work also includes services connected with the relocation of users to replacement premises afterit will be a reconstruction. The diagram of the scope of the work forms an appendix to the text part of the tender documentation.
This is an administrative complex of buildings owned by the city of Jesenik, which currently serves as office space. The complex of buildings is for the most part leased to the organizational components of the state the Ministry of Works...
