- The subject of the public order is the supply of 240 new laptops and 240 new monitors with docking functionality (hereinafter referred to as "monitors"). The delivery also includes a license for the Microsoft Windows operating system, a non-exclusive license for all software that has the nature of an author's work, all documents,which relate to the delivered object of the public contract and its use, a declaration of conformity, as well as ensuring the transport of laptops and monitors to the place of delivery (headquarters of the contracting authority), removal of any returnable transport packaging, and warranty service. Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical,commercial and other contractual conditions, is specified in the Tender documentation of 28 November 2023 and its annexes.
