- The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (TDS) and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (BOZP) and the provision of related services during the implementation of construction, construction work, demolition and other works of all DOZP buildings in Nove Město nad Metuji inthe scope and specification given by the project documentation at the stage of the Construction Execution Documentation (hereinafter "DPS") processed by the company ŘEZANINAbuilding construction - decision no. NMNM/6115/2023/OVRR/SkM,SP-08/23, file stamp output 42245/2022/S, acquisition of legal power dated 4/5/2023.
Part of the subject of the work is also ensuring the performance of TDS and OSH coordinator activities during work and assembly of professions, i.e. e.g. ZTI, UT, VZT, high-current electrical installationu and weak current, Outdoor objects, Hard surfaces, connections, etc.
Part of the scope of the work is also ensuring the performance of TDS and OHS coordinator activities during the works and installation of objects equipment, i.e. deliveries of beds, free interior furniture, electronics, RHB aids, etc. in the scope and the specification given by pproject documentation at the DPS level, part 05_D.1.5 and D.1.4.F_INTERIER:
-S Equipment of common areas and facilities;
-R Client rooms;
-O Equipment of the treatment room;
-A Activation;
-B Personnel equipment;
-EI Devices;
-Laundry equipment.
