- The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the existing premises in order to build a facility in which social services will be provided - a Home with a special regime for people with dementia with a capacity of 40 beds. The implementation will build a very modern to above-standard facilityi organized into 10 households, providing specialized care and fully respecting the individuality, needs and wishes of clients. The subject of the reconstruction are three existing buildings interconnected by a neck. As part of the renovation, windows, doors, ZTI distributions, central heating, electrical installation will be replaced, furnishings, elevators, air conditioning, there will be new plaster, tiles, flooring, etc. Individual buildings will be insulated with mineral wool.
