- The subject of the work includes the complete execution of construction, demolition and other works of all DOZP buildings in Nove Město nad Metuji in the scope and specification given by the project documentation at the level of Documentation for the execution of the construction (hereinafter also DPS) processed by the company ŘEZANINAvice 111, 503 46 Třebechovice pod Orebem, IČO: 24286923, dated 03/2023, and also in accordance with the conditions stated in the construction permit for the building - Decision no. NMNM/6115/2023/OVRR/SkM,SP-08/23, Stamp file output 42245/2022/S, coming into force on 05/04/2023. Furthermore, the subject of the work includes a setsupply and installation (D M) of part K - Bathroom and WC equipment within the scope and specification of the given DPS, part 05_D.1.5_INTERIER.
Part of the scope of the work is also the execution of construction readiness and cooperation with suppliers of building equipment, i.e. delivery of beds, loose furniture interior, electronics, RHB tools, etcfrom. in the scope and specification given by the project documentation at the DPS level, part 05_D.1.5 and D.1.4.F_INTERIER:
-S Equipment of common areas and facilities;
-R Client rooms;
-O Equipment of the treatment room;
-A Activation;
-B Equipment staff;
-EI Appliances
-Laundry equipment.
