Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the development of project documentation for a building permit (DSP) and documentation for the implementation of construction (DPS) and related activities for the repair, construction modifications and completion of building E2 (no. 1324 in Bendlova Street in Liberec 1) in the below scope:
Phase one
Manufacturing pproject documentation for a building permit to the extent required by the Building Act as amended, including the submission of applications required for the preparation of project documentation to the relevant authorities, including the calculation of costs broken down into investment and non-investment costs.
Phase two
Producing documentation for zprocurement (selection of a contractor) and execution of the construction.
Phase three
Cooperation and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for the selection of the construction contractor.
Phase four
Author supervision of the construction throughout the construction period.
Phase five
Actions after construction completion, cooperation during handover and taking over the building from the contractor and atkolaudaci stavby.
