Description: The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework contract with one supplier to ensure program and project management implementation of basic components of electronic health care (in the range of 14 projects aimed at electronic health planned in the National Recovery Plan). Program and project management will consist of promoting the preparation of these projects according to the regulations stacked by the responsible authority, coordinating the preparation and the management of methodological guidelines for all phases of the implementation of the NPO grant programs and finally in coordinating the activities of the preparation of the specifications of individual projects.
