- Health and safety coordination during the preparation and implementation of constructions
Description of the contract: - health and safety coordination during the preparation and implementation of buildings according to Act c. 309/2006 Coll., on ensuring other conditions of safety and health protection at work, as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "z. 309/2006 Coll."), government decree c. 591/2006 Coll.,on closer minimum requirements for safety and health protection when working on construction sites, as amended by later regulations, on the section of low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) constructions; - OHS coordination of buildings fulfilling the criteria of § 14 paragraph (1) and § 15 paragraph (1) of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Annex No. 5regulations of the government c. 591/2006 Coll., falling under the regime of § 103 of the act c. 183/2006 Coll., construction law, as amended by later regulations; - development of health and safety plans fulfilling the conditions of § 15 paragraph (2) of Act No. 309/2006 Coll.; - preparation and submission of a notice of commencement of work to the regional labor inspectorate, or fulfillment of dalsich obligations in the field of health and safety on construction sites according to the Client's requirements.
