The subject of the public contract is: - demolition of one of the existing buildings in the courtyard part of the client's premises (the building is not connected to the main school building), - extension to the main school building, - basic area and volume characteristics: • total area of the area - 230 m2 • original enclosed Space - 1620 m³ • New enclosed space - 2127 m³ • Original usable area - 230 m2 • New usable area - 230 m2 - within the extension and superstructure of the building will be created 4 classrooms, 3 cabinets, including a warehouse for the background of polytechnic items and 1 technical rooms.
