Description: The basic purpose of the Agreement is the proper and smooth provision of transport services by public passenger transport services by public regular transport of part of the Liberec region in the area / in the section Prague - Mladá Boleslav - Liberec - Nové Město pod Smrkem in the sense of § 3 paragraph 2 ZVS, and this in sections on the territory of the Liberec Region (possibly with the consent of the neighboring region also on the territory of the neighboring region) and to the extent stipulated by the Agreement. Expected start and duration of the contract or time limit for completion: From the start of the 2020/2021 timetable to the end of the 2023/2024 timetable. Duration in months: 48 months. On the basis of this notification, it is possible to conclude one comprehensive or even more contracts on the public service obligation in the transport of passengers by public regular transport.
