Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the introduction and operation of the payment system in the public transport operated by the contracting authority through mobile communication using SMS messages in MT billing mode (hereinafter also "SMS ticket"), which is a way of paying fare to passengers where the payment is reimbursement Fares made when the passenger's end device receives the MT Billing message containing the SMS ticket itself. Public procurement is also a complete provision of the management of the whole system, including funds received in the framework of SMS in the form of SMS tickets.
