- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the supply of complete gastrotechnology to the catering facility L of the Nachod hospital, and the supply of 2 boilers to the catering facility of the Rychnov nad Kněžnou hospital, all in scompliance with the technical parameters contained in Appendix No. 1. The performance also includes the provision of related services, including agreed warranty conditions, transport, assembly, installation and commissioning of the equipment, including verification of functionality, performance of all operational tests and prescribed tests according tovalid legal regulations, verification of declared technical parameters. Part of the equipment, which is permanently intended for catering facility L, will first be delivered to the replacement facility. After the completion of the reconstruction and extension of the catering facility L, the supplier will supply part of the equipment, which is specified in the attachmentfrom No. 3 (List of supplies) with a request for dismantling, will move from the replacement facility to facility L and spatially place according to PD. The replacement catering facility will be provided on the ground floor no. 296 on land par. no. 726 in c.u. Opočno pod Orlicke horami and further washing areas will be provided at the Nachod hospital, in pavilion D on the 2nd above-ground floor on the plot parc. no. st. 634 in the c.u. Nachod. The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract with the required minimum technical parameters is given in Appendix No. 1, which contains the Project documentation entitled "Reconstruction and extension of the gastro operation of pavilion L,Nachod Regional Hospital, part of GASTROTECHNOLOGY" and the specification of the subject of the gastrotechnology contract. The subject of delivery is further specified in detail by Appendix No. 2 (draft purchase contract) and Appendix No. 3 (List of supplies).
The subject of the public contract is the supply of complete gastrotechnology to the cateringmanagement of L hospital Nachod, and delivery of 2 boilers to the catering facility of T hospital Rychnov nad Kněžnou, all in accordance with the technical parameters contained in Annex No. 1.
