- The subject of the public contract is mainly the provision of services for high-rise roof repairs in the buildings of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic. On the basis of this public contract, the contracting authority will assign to the supplier, according to its needs, individual sub-contracts for the execution of works in the form of an order. Height work consists in the implementation of pregular and irregular inspections of roofs, cleaning of roofs, gutters and downspouts, including all related work with climbing equipment in Objects in the territory of Prague. This is work that exposes a natural person to an increased threat to life or damage to health according to NV 591/2006 Coll., on further minimum requirementson safety and health protection during work on construction sites, as amended, carried out under the special regime NV 362/2005 Coll., on detailed requirements for safety and health protection during work at workplaces with a risk of falling from a height or to a depth, as amended , which we are unable to provide nownor in the future by our own workers.
Services for high-rise roof repairs in the Buildings are mainly:
•Inspections and minor repairs of roofing, plumbing elements and installed protection against birds, possibly its local extension,
•Inspections, cleaning and minor repairs of gutters and leads,
•Cishielding and protection of facades (especially cocoons and cobwebs, chemical treatment) from spiders,
•Repairs of leaks at heights of all kinds,
•Removal of moss and waste from capture systems,
•Processing photo documentation before starting and after completion of work,
•Processing photo documentation defects,
