- The purpose of this public procurement, awarded in an open procedure according to § 56 ZZVZ, is to conclude a framework agreement for the continuous supply of transfusion preparations, meeting the requirements set out in particular by Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on medicines and on changes to some related laws, as amended (hereinafter only "Zoon on pharmaceuticals") and Decree No. 143/2008 Coll., on establishing further requirements for ensuring the quality and safety of human blood and its components, as amended, for the clinical operation of the Bulovka University Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "contractor") with multiple suppliers without resuming competition between framework suppliersve agreement in accordance with § 132 paragraph 3 letter b) ZZVZ.
