- The subject of the public contract for services is to conduct a consumer survey of the affordability of selected basic postal services. Its purpose is to determine consumers' perception of the prices of the basic postal services of the postal license holder, i.e. Česke pošta, s.p., and their willingness to pay for the pricesand their sensitivity to price changes, thereby supplementing the results of the affordability assessment made on the basis of the Methodology of the Czech Telecommunications Office for Assessing the Affordability of Basic Postal Services.
