- The subject of this Public Contract are services consisting in the processing of analyzes of the state and potential of energy savings (hereinafter referred to as "analyses") for sets of objects (buildings) No. 1-13, the overview of which is Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement, under the conditions and in within the time limits specified in the Framework Agreement and at the prices specified into the table for determining the bid price, which is Annex No. 3 of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Price List"). organization and at the same time the overall summaryou analysis, taking into account the fact that the implementation of the measure is intended / planned using the method of energy services with a guaranteed result (EPC) and with the possible use of a subsidy based on the relevant call in the given period.
