- The subject of the public contract is to solve the inappropriate state of the internal environment in the part of the basement, the existing depository, in the listed building of the former armory. In particular, a set of measures contains the remediation of masonry moisture in the form of pressure grouting and the application of the system activeElectroosmosis. New ventilation of the solved premises and related modifications and completion of the technical equipment of the building is designed. The solution is related to construction work on demolition of the original disposition, construction of new technological channels under the floor, solution of newEnglish backyards and interior layout of the basement. The external facades are repaired and restored by existing elements.
Part of the public contract also includes dismantling, refurbishing and re -assembling of existing shelves of storage technology of the depository.
The subject of publicThe contract is also the processing of the project documentation of the actual construction of the construction, according to the relevant applicable and effective legal regulations.and technical standards related to the subject of performance.
