Description:
The subject of this public contract is the construction work consisting of building modifications of the Nursery School Loosova 11, Brno - Lesna. The project of building modifications of the nursery school is divided into two stages: • Stage I - construction work consisting of windows, air recovery in playrooms, new roofs and downpipesto the storage tank, connection of fat trap and thermal insulation of the kindergarten building; In connection with the connection of the individual stages, the selected supplier is obliged to end the insulation of the building around the staircases and under the roof above the staircases so that the stage II can establish and not violate the insulated parts of the maternity buildingschools; • Stage II - construction work consisting of making new staircases and repairing the sidewalk on the northern facade. The subject of this public contract is solely the implementation of the stage I.
