Description:
The subject of the public contract is the demolition work related to the removal of materials containing asbestos fibers throughout the 1st floor of the school building. Furthermore, the filling panels of the Kord, which are damaged after the flood of September 2024, are dismantled. The brick structures and brick partitions are preserved.The demolition and disassembly works are not affected by the load -bearing structures of the building. On the 1st floor there will be free provisional space without fire load and without use. To enter the 2nd floor, which will continue to be used for teaching, a corridor from prefabricated plasterboard with a barrier -free entrance will be definedFire resistance Min EI 30 DP1.
