- The subject of the public contract is:
- processing of complete project documentation (including the interior design),
- construction of a technical background facility and parking spaces
- provision of energy management services for the building during the first 3 years of operation and operational guarantees for reaching selected target stationsspecified parameters and financial compensation in case of non-fulfilment by the contractor.
The project will therefore be implemented using the so-called Design delivery methodde processed according to the BIM (Building Information Modeling) model.

The subject of the public contract is:
- processing of complete project documentation (including the interior project),
- construction of technical facilities and parking spaces
-provision of building energy management services during the first 3 years of operation and operational guarantees for the achievement of selected target guaranteed parameters and financial compensation in case of non-fulfilment by the contractor.
The project will therefore be implemented using the so-called Design delivery methodThe developer of the building is also responsible for the design preparation of the work.
The project documentation, including the model of the actual construction, will be processed according to the BIM (Building Information Modeling) model.
