- The subject of this public contract, which was divided into parts by the contracting authority, is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter referred to as "PVE") and its commissioning, according to the project documentation prepared by the company FUSO ENERGO s.r.o., with registered office at Zamostni 1155/27, Slezska Ostrava, 710 00 Ostrava, ID number: 09713549, which forms Annex No. 6 of the ZD and also represents the technical conditions of the public procurement within the meaning of § 92 ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as "Project Documentation"). The project documentation is prepared for the PV plant as a whole, with the fact that it is divided into three constructions, while the division of the project documentation intoconcrete construction corresponds to the division of the public contract into parts.
The specific specification of the subject of the public contract is given in Annexes No. 3A - 3C ZD - Binding draft contracts for the performance of individual parts of the public contract and their annexes.
