- The subject of this public contract is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter referred to as "PVE") and its commissioning, according to the Project Documentation prepared by the company FUSO ENERGO s.r.o., with registered office at Zamostni 1155/27, Slezska Ostrava, 710 00 Ostrava, ID number: 09713549, which forms Annex No. 6 of the ZD and representationsalso applies the technical conditions of the public contract in the sense of the provisions of § 92 of the ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as "Project documentation").
