Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction and reconstruction of the sidewalk in the section of road II/610 and its immediate surroundings, namely in the section from the bridge over the Jizera River to the intersection at No. 47. In the end sections, the road is lined with low-rise residential buildings. The middle part is led by a floodplain in the embankment and on the bridge structure, within the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions. Part of the scope of performance also includes the preparation of the construction implementation documentation (RDS) to the extent necessary for the proper and complete execution of the work, in accordance with the valid Technical Quality Conditions (TKP) and in general recognized professional practice. The construction implementation documentation (RDS) is used to finalize technological and construction procedures that are not contained in the construction implementation documentation (PDPS), and to clearly define the method of execution of the work (e.g. structural details, solution of reinforced slopes, anchor elements, details of borders and transitions, etc.). The contractor is obliged to submit the RDS for approval to the investor's technical supervision (TDI) at the latest before starting the relevant works to which the documentation relates. These works cannot be started without the approval of RDS by TDI. RDS must be processed in accordance with by the valid Technical Quality Conditions of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic (TKP), relevant ČSN and technical regulations, especially for road constructions (e.g. TKP ch. 4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 18, 27, 31 etc.), and must take into account the specific conditions of the construction site.
