• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a zoning decision (DUR), including the provision of related engineering activities, and the subsequent execution of construction works consisting in the construction of an access (FTTx) optical network within of the project "Construction of an optical network for VRI, IO2, Chomutov - 3rd stage - Jirkov", using the Design & Build procedure (design and construction). The subject of performance will be divided into three basic phases: I. Project activity in particular, but not exclusively: • processing of documentation for issuance of a zoning decision (DUR) in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, and related decrees, • processing of construction documentation (DPS) as a basis for implementation, • coordination with the relevant authorities and network administrators, • incorporation of their requirements to documentation, •handover of complete documentation in printed and digital form. II. Engineering activity in particular, but not exclusively: • ensuring all statements, opinions, binding opinions, decisions and other administrative actions according to the construction law, •discussion and provision of property relations and access to land, • coordination with the owners and administrators of the technical infrastructure, • ensuring the performance of the OSH coordinator during preparation and implementation, • cooperation in ensuring the technical control of the project documentation. III. Construction activity in particular, but not exclusively: •realization of earthworks for fiber optic cable routes, • storage of protectors, microtubes and optical cables, • installation of cable chambers, connectors, switchboards and other elements...
