• Description:
• The subject (basic purpose) of the Public Contract is the provision of a construction works contractor (hereinafter referred to as the "General Contractor") for the construction of a primary school and a lyceum in the Březiněves district (hereinafter referred to as the "Buildings"), including other related buildings (hereinafter referred to as "related objects"), as well as utility networks, roads and the like (hereinafter referred to as "technical equipment" or "TV"), located on the same or possibly also some other plots of land, partly in the form of design & build, when the General Contractor and the Employer jointly with construction works will also provide related project and engineering activities, in particular the processing of relevant documentation in the sense of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended, or in terms of the legal regulations that this replaces the decree (hereinafter referred to as the "Project").
