• Part 1 "Construction of new trolley lines" Part 2 "Construction of substations and stations with storage" The subject of the performance of the sectoral above-limit public order for construction works is "CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TRUCK TRACKS IN ZLÍN AND OTROKOVICÍE AND CONSTRUCTION OF EXCHANGE OFFICES AND STATIONS WITH ACCUMULATION OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY FOR PUBLIC PUBLIC NEEDS, ZLÍN". The contract is divided into two parts, the 1st part "Construction of new trolley lines" and the 2nd part "Construction of transformers and stations with storage". The public contract is awarded by the Design & Build method, in which the responsibility for processing of the implementation project documentation transferred entirely to the contractor. Within the framework of this method, the contracting authority establishes material requirements for the performance and function of the project. The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a work contract for the execution of design and engineering activities, delivery of technology and construction works consisting in the implementation of both parts of the public order. The contractor will comply with the Act on Railways No. 266/1994 Coll. and proceed in accordance with other laws and applicable technical regulations standards listed in the technical specification, which are in particular ČSN 34 1500: Regulations for electric traction devices; ČSN EN 50119: Fixed traction equipment - ​​Electric traction trolley lines or ČSN 73 6425-1: Bus, trolleybus and tram stops. At the same time, the contractor shall provide a certificate of competence for the subject of the public contract or part of it.
