• The subject of the performance of the sectoral above-limit public order for construction works is "CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TROLLEY TRACKS IN ZLÍN AND OTROKOVICÍE AND CONSTRUCTION OF MEASUREMENTS AND STATIONS WITH ELECTRICAL ENERGY ACCUMULATION FOR PUBLIC PUBLIC NEEDS, ZLÍN". The order is divided into two parts, 1st part "Construction of new trolley lines" and the 2nd part "Construction of transformers and stations with storage". The public contract is awarded by the Design & Build method, in which the responsibility for processing the implementation project documentation is transferred entirely to the contractor. Contractor within of this method determines the material requirements for the performance and function of the project. The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a work contract for the execution of design and engineering activities, the supply of technology and construction works consisting in the implementation of both parts of the public orders. The contractor will comply with the Act on Railways No. 266/1994 Coll. and proceed in accordance with other laws and with the valid technical standards listed in the technical specification, which are in particular ČSN 34 1500: Regulations for electric traction devices; ČSN EN 50119: Fixed traction equipment - ​​Electric traction trolley lines or ČSN 73 6425-1: Bus, trolleybus and tram stops. At the same time, the contractor shall secure a certificate for the subject of the public contract or part of it eligibility. Each technical device (traction line, transformer station) must have a valid technical safety certificate before start-up.
