Description: The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new building - Petřiny Library at Mahulenena 31, 162 00 Praha 6 - Břevnov, land P.Č. 3477/173, 3477/206, K.: Břevnov 729582 and other neighboring lands related to the proper implementation of the building (in particular, the relocation of utilities, etc.) on the basis of project documentation for the implementation of the building (Annex No. 9) . More detailed conditions for the performance of the subject of public procurement are defined by the Treaty on Work (Annex No. 3 ZD), and project documentation (Annex No. 9 ZD).
The project of the implementation of the new library is also the solution of the building building SO 501, which is not subject to performance of this public contract and will not be appreciated by the parties.
This Object SO 501 includes the relocation of the hot water channel on the land of the library and in Mahulenen Street.
