- The subject of the public contract is the creation of project documentation for the construction of three apartment buildings in K Zastavce Street on the area of land that is adjacent to the existing housing estate on the southern edge of the city. The contracting authority envisages the division of the implementation into 4 separate parts, or stages 1 to 3. stage of implementation oneof residential buildings incl. related infrastructure and the 4th stage of the realization of a public space with a children's playground incl. related infrastructure.
This involves the creation of a) joint project documentation for issuing a joint zoning decision and building permit incl. engineering activities and submission of applicationsjoint zoning and construction permit, b) project documentation for building construction (DPS) and selection of the construction contractor. The subject of the public contract is also the execution of related engineering activities, copyright supervision and other activities that are defined in the ZD and its annexes.
