- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) This involves the preparation of a) joint project documentation for the issuance of a joint zoning decision and building permit incl. engineering activities and submission of an application for a common zoning and building permit, b) pproject documentation for construction (DPS) and selection of the construction contractor. The subject of the public contract is also the execution of related engineering activities, copyright supervision and other activities that are defined in the ZD and its annexes.
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentationin the matter of the construction of three apartment buildings in K Zastavce street on an area of land that is adjacent to the existing housing estate on the southern edge of the city. The contracting authority envisages the division of the implementation into 4 separate parts, or stages 1st to 3rd stage of realization of individual apartment buildings incl. related infrastructure and 4th etapa implementation of a public space with a children's playground incl. related infrastructure. This involves the creation of a) joint project documentation for issuing a joint zoning decision and building permit incl. engineering activities and submission of an application for a common zoning and building permit, b) project documententation for the execution of the construction (DPS) and the selection of the construction contractor. The subject of the public contract is also the execution of related engineering activities, copyright supervision and other activities that are defined in the ZD and its annexes. - Documents :
