Description:
With regard to the preparation of the construction of the Pavilion for Mother and Child in the premises of the Klaudián hospital, the client requires the provision of the technical supervision of the builder, the health and safety coordinator and related activities as part of the implementation of comprehensive technical and economic consultancy during the implementation of the construction (hereinafter referred to as the "construction manager"). The client's goal is to provide a construction manager for good coordination of the construction project, he expects him to prevent and eliminate disputes and ensure the smooth progress of construction from the beginning to completion. Construction manager is the supervision of quality, safety, speed, compliance of the implementation with the contract for the work, project documentation, possible conditions of the subsidy and with the issued joint construction permit. It ensures supervision not only of the technical side of the building and its quality, but also supervises and carries out price surveillance. This is a new construction of the Mother and Child Pavilion in the premises of the Klaudián Hospital. The construction will be implemented in two phases (1. preparatory work; 2. construction of the pavilion). The construction will be implemented in BIM mode. Estimated total the value of the construction works is CZK 900 million without VAT. As part of phase 1 of the preparatory work, the estimated value of the construction works is CZK 170 million without VAT; within the framework of phase 2. construction of the pavilion, the expected value of the construction works is 730 million CZK without VAT.
