Description:
The subject of the public contract for construction works is the delivery of a building entitled: Construction modifications of the ZŠ Mistřice building. The subject of the public contract is building modifications to the building of the elementary school in Mistřice. The subject of the reconstruction is the contact insulation of the entire building with the ETICS insulation system, replacement of all opening fillings with new plastic ones with insulating triple glazing, insulation of the ceiling above the last heated floor, complete reconstruction of the boiler room and high-current electrical installations. At the same time, new false ceilings will be made in classrooms and corridors, including new LED lighting and modification of the entrance area to the extension in the left part (new steel construction of stairs and landings, including an outdoor staircase with retaining walls). The new heat sources will be three heat pumps air/air and the secondary source will be a gas condensing boiler. Hot water will be prepared in a pair of electric storage tanks with a volume of 80 l. After the removal of the septic tank, a new inspection shaft will be placed at the point where the overflow exits into the sewer connection DN 425. Another part of the subject of the public contract is an air-conditioning device with heat recovery.
