• Description:
• The subject of the given public contract for construction works is the total reconstruction of the existing inadequate fire station, which includes partial demolition, the construction of a superstructure and the addition of a new garage building and sanitary facilities. Part of these modifications will also be the complete restoration of the internal distribution of electrical installationse, distributions of medical technical installations, heating and addition of air-conditioning distributions (ventilation). In order to prevent the building from getting wet from malfunctioning rain gutters, a rainwater drainage system will also be built from the roofs of both buildings with an outlet to the municipal stream.
  
  The new building will consist oftwo parts. From the existing two-storey building and from the new one-storey extension. The construction of both parts is brick, a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees and a semi-pitch on the existing building. Roof tile concrete smooth folded, on slats. The color of the covering is black.
  On the new one-story part, the counter roof oslight slope (5.5 degrees). Cover made of smooth folded sheet metal. Color anthracite.
  
  El. energy for the building will be provided from the existing connection in the building. The need for water will be provided from the existing house connection. Construction site drainage is not considered.
