• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is construction work. This is a reconstruction of civic amenities (the municipal office of the village of Roseč).
  
  The work will be carried out according to the Project Documentation (see Appendix No. 6 of this ZD) and according to the Inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions (see Appendix No. 2 of this ZD ).
  
  Existingthe building was built at the beginning of the 20th century. Today, the building is used as a municipal office and housing unit (part 1. NP). In the 2nd floor there is currently unused space for classrooms and associated rooms. The roof has already been reconstructed, as well as the external fillings of the openings. Part of the social rooms in the 1st NP also went through reconstruction, ktere will continue to serve for clients of the municipal office, or libraries according to the new proposal. The building corresponds to its own character. The construction is brick. The ceilings are beamed. A wooden roof with a gable roof and fired ceramic tiles. Reconstruction of the building will result in a more optimal use of the building.   The subject of the tender procedure is not (will not be implemented):
  SO 02: 3.NP /basementovi/ - VV will be awarded zero by the tenderers! The reason is the high financial nationality of the project.through the National Electronic Tool. A participant in the procurement procedure must be a duly registered supplier. The contracting authority warns the supplier that registration is not immediate and is subject to approval by the system administrator. The electronic offer must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the NEN system (Regor electronic tool).

  The contracting authority does not allow the submission of bidsy in paper form, similarly, or in electronic form in a way other than through the NEN electronic tool. To encrypt the offer, the supplier uses the "encryption key" provided by the contracting authority, which is published on the contracting authority's profile and in NENtogether with complete tender documentation. The supplier's offer, which will be encrypted with the wrong certificate, will be considered by the contracting authority as not submitted and will not be taken into account during the procurement procedure.
  
  The project will be co-financed by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic. Support for the development of regions 2019, Pfrom program 117D821 Support for rural renewal and development. Grant title Reconstruction and reconstruction of public buildings 117D8210E. Serial number 124791. This is support for the project from among substitutes. In addition, an application was submitted for the co-financing of the project to the South Bohemian Region, to the Regional Investment Fund.
  
  Offers are not returned to suppliers and remain with the contracting authority as part of the public contract award documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the information contained in the supplier's offer with third parties. According to Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control, the supplier is a person obliged to cooperate in financial control.
  
  Data on registered suppliers and their submitted offer, i.e. name, surname, company name, ID number and the amount of the tender price may be published on the contracting authority's website, or on its contracting authority profile and other websites related to the public contract . By filing ntenders with this, as well as with the further processing of their personal data, the suppliers express their consent in accordance with the provisions of § 5, paragraph 2, Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
