Description:
This is a public contract for construction work.
Building permits will create a modernized space for a grocery store on the 1st floor, in the back section of the building, on the same level as the 1st floor, there will be a single-floor garage, where the equipment will be stored in the ownership of the Svt municipality, the building from the street side will form a new entrance to the store. The existing building will be supplemented by the construction of an attic, which will house the premises of the Svt general building and one 2+kk service apartment. The building, as well as the garage, will have separate entrances from the courtyard / non-public part of the property. The building will be used as a municipal facility, which will be supplemented by residential space in the attic. As part of the project, the right ground floor, where there will be a parking wall for the public next to the shops, is being considered, which will be supplemented by building a parking wall along the street. While the building's connections will remain preserved, the only change will be the method of drainage of sewage wastewater to the new sewage system, its footing will be led to the public sewer along with sewage.
