Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply and complete implementation and installation of a new bed lift, including the related construction modifications of the existing lift shaft, including the machine room and the nearest interior spaces. The dismantling of the existing bed is also included elevator. The current technology is in an unsatisfactory state and does not meet the requirements of ČSN. Part of the building modifications will also be the modification of the level of the floors of the adjacent spaces in the 1st PP level and partial modifications of the building openings. The proposed construction modifications do not affect the current operational solution of the building as a whole. The way of using individual spaces will be kept unchanged. The proposed construction modifications do not change the composition of the existing structures. Only their partial construction modifications are proposed (lining construction openings for new manhole doors, replacement of floor coverings, etc.). These are construction modifications in the immediate vicinity of the elevator shaft and the elevator machine room, which is located above the elevator shaft on the 4th floor. Part of the subject of the public contract is the delivery of the elevator, its complete implementation, installation, commissioning, testing, including handing over all relevant technical documentation, revisions, etc. The subject of the public contract also includes complete service and maintenance of the elevator, including provision of consumables.
