- General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the construction modifications of the Komenského School Canteen in Příbor, specifically the part of the brewhouse with facilities, including related construction works, technical professions and technological equipment. It is about alteration of the completed construction of a permanent nature, the aim of which is to modernize and optimize the operation of the brewhouse, food delivery and related facilities while preserving the existing function of the building. The contract mainly includes building modifications, layout modifications, and new wiring technical equipment of buildings (electrical installation, medical and technical installations, air conditioning, heating and cooling), fire safety solutions and supply and installation of technological equipment of the brewery. The documentation of the actual execution of the building will include, among other things orientation and all documents (in appropriate formats) required for insertion into the digital technical map of the Moravian-Silesian Region (DTM MSK).
