Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the execution of the construction "Construction modification of building "N" (CEETe II) in the VŠB-TUO campus". These are construction modifications of the completed building N, used for the needs of VŠB-TUO. The object of building N in question has a rectangular floor plan. It is about a skeleton eight-story partially basement building with a flat roof. Construction modifications will consist of a complete reconstruction of the entire building, i.e. removal of the existing perimeter cladding, roofing, demolition of the existing internal dividing partitions, removal of existing floor compositions, dismantling of all IS and technology internal distribution systems. A new mullioned facade will be made in the 1st floor - 7th floor, in which photovoltaic panels will be incorporated. The facade of the 1st floor will be made of brick around the perimeter sand-lime bricks equipped with a contact insulation system. A new layout will be made on the individual floors. New floor and roof compositions will also be made, when new thermal insulation will be added to the compositions. In existing elevators new elevators will be installed in the shafts. As part of the proposed building modifications, all internal IS distributions will also be carried out. The 8th floor will be demolished and rebuilt.
