Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the execution of the construction "Construction modification of building "N" (CEETe II) in the VŠB-TUO campus".
It is a skeleton eight-story building with a partial basement with a flat roof.
removal of the existing perimeter cladding, roofing, demolition of the existing internal dividing partitions, removal of the existing floor compositions, dismantling of all internal IS and technology distribution systems.
New a mullioned facade will be made in the 1st floor - 7th floor, in which photovoltaic panels will be incorporated. The facade of the 1st floor will be made of sand-lime bricks equipped with a contact insulation system around the perimeter. A new layout will be made on the individual floors. They will be carried out as well new floor and roof compositions, when new thermal insulation will be added to the compositions. New elevators will be installed in the existing elevator shafts. As part of the proposed building modifications, all internal IS distributions will also be carried out. The 8th floor will be demolished and rebuilt.
