• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of construction management services, at least for the duration of the implementation of the construction work entitled Construction modifications of the building Botanic garden of PřF OU - greenhouses - Na Souvrati 12, Slezská Ostrava, as well as the management of complaints in the scope of a maximum of 384 man-hours during a period of 24 months after the day on which the warranty period for the construction work as a whole began to run. The subject of the public contract are the following services (i.e. performance provided in the following positions): - Team leader (hereinafter also "Administrator buildings"), -Budget manager/price manager/Cost manager (hereinafter also "Budget Manager"), -Technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter also "TDS"), -Technician of the construction environment - specialization in technical equipment, -Technician of the construction environment - specialization in electrical engineering equipment, -Coordinator of safety and health protection at work (hereinafter also "Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator"). The complete definition of performance in individual positions is set out in the terms and conditions, which are attached to the tender documentation (the text of the management contract buildings).
