- The housing units of block "A" are the subject of construction modifications in 2026. I. Stage: Stupačka no. 1 apartments 1 + kk: 1, 11, 29, 47 Stupačka no. 2 apartments 1 + kk: 2, 12, 30, 48 II. Stage: Staircase No. 3 apartments 1 + kk: 3, 13, 31, 49 Staircase No. 4 apartments 2 + kk: 4, 14, 32, 50 As part of the construction of the apartments, there will be to make new partitions, ceilings and floors. Medical equipment, air conditioning and parts of the central heating system will be newly installed. As part of the renovation of the apartments, new footboards will be installed, water pipes, sewage pipes, air-conditioning pipes and electrical installations will be installed. Move material by passenger and freight elevator is not possible - the contractor will take into account the costs of difficult movement in the itemized budget. Construction work will take place during the operation of the apartment building. Tenants of apartments where construction work will be carried out will be evicted. Access to object no. 1271 along Sushilova Street is limited by the implementation of the "Lavka u průmyslovka" construction. More detailed specifications are given in the tender documentation.
