- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the construction modifications of the apartment building no. 917 on Tyrลกova Street in Vizovice. As part of the construction, the existing gutter pavement surfaces will be removed (concrete paving, demolition of curbs). Excavation of the soil around the whole area will be done of the house to the waterproofing of the base plate. The existing masonry below the terrain will be penetrated and provided with cement plaster thickness. 20mm. In the lower part of the excavation, a DN 150 mm drainage will be placed, for draining rainwater from the surroundings of the building. Garden plants will be installed again of curbs 50/250/1000mm into a concrete bed with support. A bed layer of gravel and sand, thickness 150 mm, followed by a layer of sand, thickness 40mm and a 50/500/500mm format concrete pavement is laid. The existing balconies will be dismantled and replaced with new loggias reinforced concrete, suspended, assembled, provided with facade paint, the railing of the loggia will be made of hot steel, the filling will be opal glass. In addition, insulation of the ceilings in the basement, internal masonry in the 1st floor, around the staircase, insulation of the facade and insulation of the floor will be carried out soil and replacement of hole fillings in residential parts of the building in order to reduce the energy demand of the building.
